RESERVATION POLICIES

• A 3-day minimum stay will apply to holidays and special events. (President’s Day Weekend, Easter Weekend, White Party Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4 Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Palm Springs Pride Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas/New Years Season.)
• All rates are for single / double occupancy. A $20.00/night fee will be added for each additional guest.
• In order to be fair to both parties, please be certain of the dates of your stay. Changes and cancellations may occur up to 7 days prior to your arrival with no penalties. If you choose to cancel your reservations in less than 7 days, you will be charged the total of 1 night.
• If you should check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
• Room rates do not include the 11.5% room tax. Stays of 29 days or longer will not incur any room taxes.
• A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation along with a photo ID. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

HOTEL POLICIES

• Rooms are available for check-in after 2pm. We would appreciate your anticipated time of arrival when reserving your stay with us so that we may accommodate early or later arrivals. Our checkout time is 11am. We will do our best to accommodate late departure requests.
• All of our rooms and interior common areas are non-smoking. There is a minimum $100 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.
• There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
• We ARE pet friendly. We allow up to two pets per suite not to exceed 35 pounds each and require advance arrangements as we have limited pet-friendly rooms available. There will be a charge of $20 per night.
• The Desert Eclipse Resort is regarded as an all-male clothing optional resort, and we strive to provide an intimate and private atmosphere. We do not feel that this is conducive to children, so, we do not accept guests under the age of 21.
• One parking space is provided for each room reservation.
